31/08/2009 "Hi, just a quick note to thank you for our wonderful chocolate cockapoo puppy, Lottie. Our girls were so surprised when we introduced her to them, they were truly thrilled. Lottie is full of mischief and adventure and lots of fun to be with. She is already a massive part of our family and adored by all of us. We are looking forward to many years of fun with her. Thank you for your invaluable advice and expertise, it was second to none and is paying off. She has already learned quite a few commands and tricks.
